Orders placed before 11:59 PM (GMT+2) are processed and shipped the next business day.

Preparation times are generally 3-8 business days. For handmade products, processing times may extend up to 10 business days.

Delivery Times

Order Tracking

My tracking link isn't working

The tracking link may take a few hours (up to 24 hours) to activate after shipping. If it's still not active after this time, please contact us for assistance.

Delivery Problems

I didn't receive my order

If you haven't received your order within the expected timeframe, first check the shipping status using your tracking number. If the package appears to have been delivered but you haven't received it, contact us immediately.

Incorrect delivery address

If you entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact us immediately. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll try to correct the address. Once shipped, it can't be changed.

Package returned to sender

If your package has been returned to sender, it could be due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failure to collect at the delivery point
  • Failure of delivery by the courier

In these cases, please contact us to arrange a new shipment.

International Shipping
