Assistance Procedures

If you receive defective or damaged products during transport, please follow the procedure below:

  1. Contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the goods
  2. Provide photographic documentation of the product and any damage to the packaging
  3. Please provide your reference order number
  4. The product will be replaced or refunded in accordance with current legislation.

🔹 Product does not comply with the order

If the product received does not correspond to what was ordered:

  1. Contact customer service immediately
  2. Provide order number and detailed description of the non-conformity
  3. We will send the correct product or refund the amount paid.
