Orders

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to cancel an order once it's been placed. If you no longer want your order, you can return it once the package has been delivered.

How can I change my order?

Once an order is placed, changes cannot be made. You will need to place a new order and return the original.

I did not receive the order confirmation

If you have not received your order confirmation, it could be due to these reasons:

1) Your order has not yet been approved.

2) The confirmation email may have ended up in your spam folder.

3) There's a typo in your email address. Please contact our customer service and we'll resend your order confirmation.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed before 11:59 PM (GMT+2) are processed and shipped the next business day.

Preparation times are generally 2-8 business days. For handmade products, processing times may extend up to 10 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

I made a mistake in the delivery address

If you entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact us immediately. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll try to correct the address. Once it ships, it can't be changed.

Shipping

What is the estimated delivery time and shipping cost?

Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination. Generally, after shipping, delivery takes 2-5 business days. You can view detailed information during checkout or on our shipping page.

I did not receive the tracking number

Your tracking number will be sent via email as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received it, please check your spam folder or contact us to resend it.

My tracking link is not active

The tracking link may take a few hours to activate after shipping. If it's still not active after 24 hours, please contact us for assistance.

I'm having problems with delivery

If you're experiencing any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact us immediately with your order number and the details of the issue. We'll help you resolve the situation.

My package was returned to sender

If your package has been returned, it may be due to an incorrect address or a failed collection. Contact us to arrange a new shipment.

Returns and Exchanges

How can I return or exchange a product?

To return or exchange a product, please contact us by email with your order number. We will provide detailed return instructions. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with their packaging intact.

Do you offer free returns?

Return shipping costs are generally paid by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

When will I receive my refund for my return?

Once your return is received and verified, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional days for your payment method to be credited.

Are your products safe for children?

Yes, most of our products are certified, non-toxic, and made in the European Union. All toys comply with European safety standards (EN71) and are made from natural, child-safe materials.

Where are your toys produced?

Most of our products are Made in the EU, guaranteeing high quality and safety standards. We carefully select only manufacturers who meet rigorous sustainability and safety criteria.

What certifications do your products have?

Our products are certified according to European toy safety regulations (EN71). Many items also have additional certifications for organic and sustainable materials, such as FSC for wood and GOTS for textiles.

Are the materials really non-toxic?

Absolutely. All our products are made with non-toxic materials, free from harmful chemicals. We use natural wood, organic cotton, food-grade silicone, and water-based paints.

What ages are your toys suitable for?

We offer toys for different age groups, from newborns to older children. Each product has a recommended age in the description, based on safety regulations and child development.

How can I clean toys?

Care instructions vary by material. Wooden toys can be cleaned with a damp cloth, while plush and textile toys should be cleaned according to the care instructions on the care label. Avoid submerging wooden toys in water.

Can I get a spare part for my product?

Unfortunately, we do not provide replacement parts for our products. If your product is defective, please contact us to discuss a replacement.

Complaints

I received a wrong order or product

If you received an incorrect order or product, please contact us immediately with your order number and a picture of the product. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

I did not receive some of the products I ordered

If some products are missing from your order, it could be due to these reasons:

1) If the products listed in your shipping confirmation email are missing, there was a packaging error. Contact us immediately.

2) If not all of the products you ordered are listed in your shipping confirmation email, unfortunately our warehouse was unable to fulfill your order due to a stock discrepancy. In this case, payment will only be processed for the items shipped.

I would like to file a complaint

If you wish to file a complaint, please contact us via email with all the details. We take all feedback very seriously and will do our best to resolve the situation.

I received a Fran&Lillò product as a gift and would like to file a complaint.

If you received a product as a gift and wish to file a complaint, please contact us with the product and issue details. We'll be happy to assist you even without the original order number.

How do I choose the right size?

The same size may fit different children, so we always recommend following our size guide, which you can find next to each product in our store. Choose the size based on body measurements, not the child's age.

Do you have a discount code for your first purchase?

We occasionally offer discount campaigns for new customers who sign up for our newsletter. If you don't see this campaign on our website, it's currently unavailable.

Do you offer a gift wrapping service?

We currently do not offer a full gift wrapping service for products purchased from our online store. We include a packing list with each package without prices. We are working to offer a gift wrapping service to our customers in the future.
