Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with their packaging intact.

Important: To ensure a smooth return, please ensure the product is in the same condition as you received it, with all tags and original packaging intact.

How to Make a Return

To return a product, follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact us via email with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will send you detailed instructions and the return address.
  3. Pack the product carefully in the original packaging
  4. Send the package to the indicated address
  5. Please keep your shipping receipt until your refund is complete.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are generally paid by the customer, except in the following cases:

  • Defective or damaged product
  • Error on our part (wrong product sent)
  • Product does not conform to the description

Refunds

Refund Times

Once your return is received and verified, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. It may take additional days for your payment method to be credited, depending on your bank or payment method.

Note: You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Refund Method

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Changes

If you'd like to exchange a product for another (different size, different color, etc.), contact us and we'll help you arrange the exchange. The process is similar to a return, but we'll send you the new product as soon as we receive the returned item.

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, some products cannot be returned once opened or used. These include:

  • Customized or tailor-made products
  • Final sale items (if specified)
  • Opened or used products (except for defects)

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  1. Contact us immediately with your order number
  2. Send us photos of the product and the damage
  3. We will replace or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

Wrong Order

If you receive a different product than what you ordered, please contact us immediately with your order number and a picture of the product you received. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible and send you the correct product at no additional cost.

Missing Products

If some products are missing from your order:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email to see which products have actually been shipped.
  • If products should be included but are missing, please contact us immediately.
  • If some products were not available, payment was made only for the items shipped.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European consumer protection legislation, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to provide any reason.
