Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

You have 30 days from receipt of the product to request a return. Products must be returned in their original, unused condition, with intact tags and in their original packaging.

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it by following the procedures below.

How to request a return

1. Contact us by email at info@franlillo.it within 30 days of receipt

2. Indicate the order number and the products you wish to return with the reason for the return

3. You will receive detailed return instructions with the return address

4. Prepare the package carefully, including all accessories and original documentation

5. Ship the package to the address provided using a traceable courier

6. Keep your shipping receipt until your refund is complete.

Return conditions

To be accepted, the return must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged

• All original labels must be intact and attached to the product

• The original packaging must be intact and in good condition

• All original accessories, manuals and components must be included

• The return must be requested within 30 days from the date of receipt

• Customized, made-to-order, or special promotion products may not be returnable

Return costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases where the costs will be refunded:

• Defective or non-compliant product

• Product damaged during transport

• Order error on our part (wrong product sent)

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service to protect your return.

Refund times and methods

Once the return has been received and verified at our warehouse, we will proceed as follows:

• Inspection of the returned product within 2-3 working days of receipt

• Refund processing within 5-7 business days of approval

• Credit to the original payment method used for the purchase

• Additional 3-5 working days for the credit to appear (depends on the bank/circuit)

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

The refund will include the product cost. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the cases noted above (defective, damaged, or our error).

Defective or damaged products

If you receive a defective product, damaged during transport, or not compliant with your order, please contact us immediately:

• Send an email to info@franlillo.it within 48 hours of receiving

• Attach clear photos of the product, the defect/damage and the packaging

• Please indicate your order number and describe the problem you encountered

We will promptly replace the product or issue a full refund, including all shipping costs (both to and from the item). The replacement will receive priority shipping.

Changes

We do not currently offer a direct exchange service between products.

If you want a different product (size, color, model), you can:

1. Return the original product following the return procedure

2. Place a new order for the desired product

To speed up the process, you can place the new order before returning the original product.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

In accordance with European consumer protection legislation, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to provide any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision with an explicit declaration (email to info@franlillo.it ).

The product must be returned within 14 days of notification of withdrawal, in its original condition as specified above.
